FuelCast

What is FuelCast?

FuelCast is an iPhone app for comparing available fuel prices and deciding when to fill up. The information differs by country: in the app, US station prices from Google Maps alongside EIA weekly averages, local station prices in other supported markets, and published future prices where the source provides them.

What does it cost?

FuelCast is free to download. Pro features require a monthly or yearly in-app subscription. The App Store shows the price in your currency before purchase. Downloading the app for free does not make its subscription free.

Where can I compare prices?

France and Spain have official station-price data. Perth and covered Western Australian areas use FuelWatch prices. US outlook pages use EIA weekly regional averages, not a live price for every nearby station. Check the page for your country before assuming the same detail is available everywhere.

Do I need an account?

FuelCast does not require an account. Settings and saved stations stay on your device. Location access is optional and helps locate nearby stations; the privacy policy describes the app’s data handling.

What does the outlook mean?

An outlook describes a possible price direction. It is not a promise of a specific station price. Published tomorrow prices in Western Australia are a different type of information and are labelled as such. Always check the date and the pump price before buying fuel.

Questions

No. FuelCast provides price information. You buy fuel from the station, and its current pump price applies.

Is every number a live station price?

No. Some pages show weekly regional averages, some show station observations, and some show estimates or published future prices. Read the label and date.
